Job description
What We Expect From You
- Responsible to follow up all the related support requests coming from the customers
- Record trouble tickets and assign based upon urgency and issue
- Analyze alarms and trouble indicators to identify problem areas, troubleshoot and escalate to appropriate parties
- Ensure the continuous availability of all services
- Manage all networks maintenance/events
- To effectively troubleshoot and solve problems related to client & network faults
- To open, update and complete all Tickets in an accurate and timely manner
- To analyze incidents and escalate any improvement requirements
