There is no company that could succeed in building up a strong, stable, reliable and valuable business without being transparent. Either we refer to our employees or our customers/partners, keeping an open, honest and clear communication is the key. In order to do that, we are periodically organizing team and one to one meetings, feedback sessions and trainings and communicate through e-mail, Skype, by phone etc. We always call the things as they are, because transparency is a two-face value: you get what you show.
